When you join Joloda Conveyor Services, you begin the next phase of your career in conveyors. You embark on a six-week training programme as part of your onboarding, where you’ll learn the key aspects of our service offering through a range of classroom and ‘on the job’ learning. 

Your health and safety is paramount to us, so one of the first aspects of your training focuses on making sure you have the knowledge and understanding to keep yourself safe at work.  This includes manual handling, working at height, and asbestos awareness training modules

The most intensive aspect of your onboarding training focuses on conveyor and boom maintenance, helping you familiarise yourself with the breadth of models we support and the types of issues you’re likely to encounter as a Joloda Conveyor Services engineer.  

But we don’t stop there...  We know to expect the unexpected so we also make sure you’re given dedicated electrical and PLC fault finding training as well as any additional modules that we’ve identified in your training assessment as beneficial to you.  We’ll then undertake regular audits of your performance against our in-house standards to ensure you have the support you need.
